The Phillips Project was designed to deliver a bold, resort-style backyard experience. At the center of the transformation is a custom-built inground pool engineered for durability and long-term performance in East Texas conditions.
A dramatic oversized rock waterfall creates movement, sound, and visual impact, serving as the focal point of the entire space. Adjacent to the pool, a custom fire pit area provides a natural gathering spot for evenings and cooler seasons — extending the usability of the backyard year-round.
One of the most unique features is the built-in pull-up bar style swim-up table, designed for entertaining and casual dining directly in the water. Integrated pool lighting enhances nighttime ambiance, creating a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere after sunset.
